Eileen has a varied IT background having worked as a Domain Administrator in a multi-sited Windows environment before moving into a role as a Network Engineer at a telco. Web development began through setting up a joomla e-commerce site for own business and then setting up Drupal / CiviCRM for Wellington Circus Trust. So her IT background is of the ‘will put hand to anything’ type.
She has, however, always thought that her greatest IT talent is that she worked in administration first and has a commitment to documentation, developing processes, and contributing to and organisting existing knowledge as a result of that. She also has fairly strong knowledge of accounts and accounting systems which is proving beneficial in the context of civiCRM.
Eileen has experience with

• VBScript
• VBA (programming windows applications)
• Network & server administration, IT support in just about anything & everything
• Networking (Routing/ switching/ firewalls/ setting up VPNS)

She is also MCSE & Cisco CCNP qualified.
